Start Screen and Side Menu
Start Screen
On the Start Screen of Connect Concierge, you will find the following main choices:
Side Menu - see “Side Menu” .
Create Appointment - see “Creating an Appointment” .
Edit Appointment - see “Editing an Appointment”
Arrive Appointment - see “Arriving an Appointment” .
Create Visit - see “Creating a Visit” .
Edit Visit - see “Editing a Visit” .
Cancel Task - see “Cancelling the Current Task” .
Side Menu
On the Side Menu, you can find the choices described below.
Note that the Side Menu icon will use your configured branding color as background color.
Logged In User Information
At the top of the Side Menu, you will find information about the logged in user and which Service Point that he/she is logged in to.
Customers
Here, you can search for Customers, edit Customer information, see “Editing a Customer” , and create new Customers, see “Creating a Customer” .
Settings
Change the User Settings, i.e the Branch and Service Point that you are logged in to.
Log out
Log out from the Connect Concierge application. See “Logging out”.
